Is there a free Tiny Desk AI video generator?
Not an unlimited one — and a generator that is free forever is usually free in a way you pay for somewhere else. Here is exactly what costs nothing, what a render costs, and how refunds work, so you can decide before uploading a face.
What is free here
Browsing the five templates and playing their reference clips is free. So is every guide on this site, and the workspace itself: you can sign in, open the creator, pick a template, set the frame and see the exact credit cost before anything is charged.
There is no subscription required to look around, and nothing is charged until you submit a render.
What a render costs
Credits are counted per second of output plus the reference clip, rounded up. A 14-second 768P clip is 10 credits, the same 14 seconds at 2K is 16, the 11-second Five Strangers template is 8 at 768P and 13 at 2K.
The Single pack is $6.99 for 10 credits, so it buys exactly one 14-second 768P render. Duo is $29 for 50 credits, Crew is $99 for 250, and monthly plans start at $29.90 for 100 credits a month — cheaper per render only if you are producing regularly.
Why there is no free trial
Every render is a paid call to a video model. A free clip is subsidised by something: a watermark, a long queue, a public gallery, reused photos, or a subscription you forgot to cancel. This site skips the free tier rather than hide the cost inside one of those.
What it does instead is refund failures. A render that errors out returns its credits automatically, so the money only leaves your balance for a file you can download.
No watermark, no app
Renders come out clean: no titles, subtitles, logos or watermarks burned in, and no badge added afterwards. Nothing needs installing either — upload, generate and download the MP4 in the browser.
Sound is the one thing you add yourself, in TikTok, Reels or Shorts, where the licensed track lives.
