Checkout confirmation
A canceled or incomplete checkout does not confirm a purchase. Returning to the generator from a checkout page also does not establish that payment succeeded. The service verifies the payment before updating your credit balance.
Failed generation and billing questions
A failed render returns its credits automatically. Check your video status and credit balance after a failed run. A provider submission still being confirmed is not a completed failure and should not be submitted again as a duplicate. For payment questions, keep the receipt and transaction reference from the payment provider.
Existing payment questions
Use the merchant and contact details on your payment receipt for transaction questions. This generator cannot inspect or refund purchases made with a different service.
